LET US PRAY ... President Hifikepunye Pohamba, in a special address to the nation, announced that the Criminal Procedure Act of 1977 will be amended, in order to tighten the requirements for bail in cases of gender-based violence. He declared 6 March as the national day of prayer against violence. -
